I was so incredibly happy to see Orpheus sing again! And now I have a nice ambiance when flirting with Dusa!

I never really focused on the lyrics of the song when I had first met Eurydice and so when I got the song and gave it to Orpheus I knew he was going to sing it eventually because storywise it made sense, but then when I died and came back and he missed her so much and she gave him the song because deep down she still loved him and just hearing this song, destroyed me. Such a beautiful beautiful song, such a beautiful voice, it's so perfect and its absolutely my favorite song in the entire game.

You know, apart from the initial confusion, Lance seems to be perfectly happy with Janice being a trans woman, considering that the two of them are still madly in love with each other afterward. Perhaps the reason the Lance-Janice-Englebert love triangle has seemingly been dropped (with Janice proclaiming that she will never leave Lance again for Englebert) is because Englebert, as Lance's evil twin brother, turned out to be a transphobic jerk, and so neither he nor Janice are interested in each other anymore?

My mom died a few days ago, and I developed a profound appreciation of this song. All of the lyrics fit her passing so well. I decided to sing it on the final day of her wake, the day before she was cremated. I'm by no means a good singer, but I somehow pushed through and managed to sing it well. I did break a little in the last part of the song. This song is an important part of my life now. It's brought me so much comfort in her passing. I hope it does for those who are suffering as well.
